With a family legacy steeped in neighborhood cooking and a passion for the culinary arts that developed over the years, I decided to pursue my dream of entrepreneurship. After dedicating more than two decades to the retail industry, I ventured into the world of catering. My journey led me to cater small events, set up vendor spots around town, and even travel to motorcycle events, where I began to establish a reputation for my culinary skills.

Since 1989, I've been crafting barbecue dishes using cherished family recipes from across the Southern United States. My cooking style is a harmonious blend of Kansas City and Memphis barbecue traditions, infused with a touch of Creole soul. Along the way, I've had the honor of winning several barbecue contests, but where I truly shine is in crafting mouthwatering ribs and flavorful tri-tip cuts. My culinary journey is a testament to the love and dedication I pour into every dish I create.
